Return Policy

  • Please do not sign acceptance if you found the goods are damaged on delivery. Kindly make a note on delivery order and contact our customer service team to arrange for a new replacement without extra charge.
  • Refund will be accepted if:
    Goods did not received;
    Goods damaged upon arrival;
    Expired goods
  • Other reasons will be considered subject to case.


Exchange Policy

  • We allowed first time purchase customers to exchange goods within 7 days after received. However, goods should be still unused / unopened. 
  • If the product is found to cause allergic reaction and is used less than 10%. Please contact our customer service team for advises and arrange for exchange. 
  • However, customers shall bear the full cost of shipping for goods exchange.


Reward Points

Benefits of member: 

  • New registered member will receive E-voucher worth RM15 for the first purchase.


Point collections for member:

  • Any purchase – Every RM1 purchase amount will earn 1 point.
  • Reviewing a product – Receive 100 points for every review you submitted on the product purchased.


Point redemption for member:

  • Member could use the points earned to purchase the product on www.greenhaus.com.my website.


Terms & conditions:

  • All reward points are earned on net order value (after any/all discounts are applied and before shipping and sales tax if any).
  • Refund/adjustment of any order will result in the corresponding reduction of any reward points earned from that order.
  • Product review reward points are only earned once the product review is approved for posting to the site at www.greenhaus.com.my 's sole discretion. 3-5 days business day will be required for the review to be approved. Product review points are only applicable on reviews for products that you have purchased.
