Return Policy

  • Please do not sign acceptance if you found the goods are damaged on delivery. Kindly make a note on delivery order and contact our customer service team to arrange for a new replacement without extra charge.
  • Refund will be accepted if:
    Goods did not received;
    Goods damaged upon arrival;
    Expired goods
  • Other reasons will be considered subject to case.


Exchange Policy

  • We allowed first time purchase customers to exchange goods within 7 days after received. However, goods should be still unused / unopened. 
  • If the product is found to cause allergic reaction and is used less than 10%. Please contact our customer service team for advises and arrange for exchange. 
  • However, customers shall bear the full cost of shipping for goods exchange.
